SUPPORT

Keep the real data private when asking for help.

Start with the checks below. Never send a real order page, shipment email, address, tracking link, or purchase-history export in a report.

Quick diagnostic

  1. Confirm the Amazon order and its item names are visibly loaded.
  2. Sync that page and confirm the extension reports at least one order.
  3. Open the exact matching shipment message in Gmail.
  4. Refresh Gmail after an extension install or update.

Report safely

Reproduce parser problems with a minimal, synthetic HTML fragment. Replace names, email addresses, order IDs, product links, images, totals, addresses, and tracking identifiers.

Use the support contact shown on Order Mirror's Chrome Web Store listing. Include the extension version and the behavior you expected, but no customer data.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Short answers, exact boundaries.

Why was no order captured?

Open Amazon Returns & Orders or an order-detail page, wait until the order card and items are visible, then select Sync this Amazon page from Order Mirror. Collapsed or virtualized content may need to be opened first.

Why is there no restored card in Gmail?

The message must be an Amazon shipment message with a full order number that exactly matches a captured order. Refresh the Gmail tab after installing or updating Order Mirror.

Does Order Mirror read my whole mailbox?

No. It does not request Gmail mailbox-read API access. Its Gmail page script examines visible sender context and order numbers needed to recognize an open Amazon shipment message and perform an exact local match.

Does Gmail publishing happen automatically?

No. Version 0.1.0 requires a separate opt-in and Publish action, then opens a prefilled Gmail compose window. You review the recipient and content and press Send yourself.

How do I remove my data?

Open Order Mirror settings and use Delete all under Your data. Removing the extension also removes its local storage from that Chrome profile. Delete any previously sent self-receipt separately in Gmail.

Is this made by Amazon or Google?

No. Order Mirror is independent software and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon or Google.
